Personal statement
I am writing to express my interest in joining your team. I have over 20 years of
experience in the luxury hotel and restaurant industry, primarily as a waiter,
assistant manager and manager. I am Italian and have extensive experience
gained in England.
I have collaborated with several Italian starred chefs at private events. I am highly
precise in my work and respect all my colleagues.
I am available from 1 March.

cocktails.I also have the ability to prepare some international desserts.
• I am a computer-skilled user proficient in Mac OS X, Windows, Pages, Word,
Numbers and Excel. I am also familiar with a wide range of internet applications.
• I am a positive and adaptable individual with a good attitude to working in a busy
environment.
• I hold a full A-B driver’s licence.
• I have a personal website dedicated to art. I also practice sports, particularly
running, and enjoy photography and capturing memorable moments. Collecting
rarities and listening to classical and rock music are other interests.
